随着化学杀虫剂的广泛使用,造成抗药性的增加和环境污染日趋严重,昆虫的生物防制已受到国内外人们的重视。宜宾地处川南,气候温暖,雨量充沛,适合蚊类的繁殖孳生,传播疟疾、乙型脑炎、丝虫病、登革热等的媒介蚊虫种群数量大,危害严重。为了寻求对媒介蚊虫有持效、安全的防制手段,作者等于1988年8月采用成都军区军事医学研究所及华西医科大学提供的豫南罗索线虫进行了杀灭致倦库蚊幼虫的实验。
