Objective: To explore the detection and evaluation of cerebral blood flow parameters of cerebral ischemic stroke patients by color Doppler flow imaging and its clinical significance. Methods: Forty-nine patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group and 52 healthy people in our hospital were selected as the control group. The blood flow parameters of cerebral arteries and vertebral arteries and cerebral perfusion were compared between the two groups. The correlation between RI and t CBFV of RI and vertebral artery in the observation group was analyzed. Results: The EDV and RI of internal carotid artery blood flow parameters and PSV and RI of vertebral artery in both groups were significantly different, and the RI in RI and RI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group The CBFV, pCBFV and t CBFV values of cerebral blood flow in the study subjects were statistically significant differences, the observation group tCBFV values were significantly lower than the control group; Pearson test correlation analysis was observed in patients with carotid artery RI ( r = -0.358, P <0.001). RI of vertebral artery (r = -0.472, P <0.001) was negatively correlated with tCBFV. Conclusion: The application of color Doppler flow imaging in ischemic stroke can accurately detect and evaluate the change of cerebral hemodynamics and cerebral blood flow in patients with cerebral infarction. The method is simple, safe and safe. The early stage Diagnosis and treatment have important clinical value.
