本研究目的系观察热休克和维甲酸共同作用对胚胎生长发育的影响。用Wistar种大白鼠d10Ⅰ期胚胎,应用全胚胎体外培养技术和全胚胎原位杂交——基因表达三维检测技术。结果发现热休克可以降低由维甲酸所致的胚胎畸形发生率以及由维甲酸所致的Homeobox2.2基因的异常表达。
The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of heat shock and retinoic acid on embryonic growth and development. Using Wistar rat d10Ⅰ embryos, whole embryo in vitro culture technology and whole embryo in situ hybridization - gene expression 3D detection technology. The results showed that heat shock can reduce the incidence of embryonic malformations caused by retinoic acid and the abnormal expression of Homeobox2.2 gene caused by retinoic acid.
