试验用雷公藤治疗老年性类风湿性关节炎。治疗效果表明，55例近期总有效率达98．18％，且尚可作为皮质激素的良好替代药物；雷公藤副作用轻微，与同期中青年组比较，无显著性差异（P＞0．05），表明短期使用雷公藤治疗老年性类风湿关节炎是安全有效的。
Tripterygium trial of senile rheumatoid arthritis. The treatment effect showed that 55 cases had a total effective rate of 98.18% in the near future and could be used as a good alternative medicine for corticosteroids. The side effect of Tripterygium wilfordii was mild and had no significant difference compared with the young and middle-aged group (P> 0.05) , Indicating that the short-term use of Tripterygium for the treatment of senile rheumatoid arthritis is safe and effective.
