笔者过去曾在“机械制造”1960年第5期中介绍过一种加工向心球轴承外圈的抛光机头,适宜于加工轴承套圈外径在φ90毫米以下;安装弹簧卡头;允许不停车装卸工件;生产效率较高。但如加工轴承内圈,则须采用心轴,若仍不停车装卸,就只能抛光单个轴承套圈,心轴的工作部分磨耗也较快。为了实现多件夹持,提高生产效率,又另行设计了一种机头,现简介如下:如图所示的轴承内圈抛光机,主轴5具有较高的刚性,右端装一对213轴承,左端装一对210轴承,后者套在滑套3内,并借螺母旋紧。当主轴发生弹性变形时,滑套3可作微量窜动,避免轴承卡住。
