八十年代研究成功用于癌症早期诊断和治疗的新药—血卟啉加激光疗法,对癌症诊断率高,治疗效果好,给癌症患者带来了治愈的希望。 (一)血卟啉的研究概况:自六十年代后期以来,用血卟啉(Hematoprphyrn-HP)作为光敏剂对肿瘤进行诊断和治疗的研究有了较快地发展。血卟啉被肿瘤细胞选择性的吸收潴留后,经过一定波长的光线照射,激活血卟啉,利用其产生的橙红色萤光及光敏剂效应的特性,可以对肿瘤进行定位诊断和治疗。

Hematoporphyrins are selectively absorbed and retained by tumor cells. After irradiation with light of a certain wavelength, hematoporphyrin is activated, and the characteristics of orange-red fluorescence and photosensitizer effects can be used to diagnose and treat tumors.
