针对传统烤馕过程中存在容易烫伤胳膊、热量损失大、环境污染严重、不方便移动等问题,在研究和比较了现有各种烤馕装置的基础上,设计一种升降式家用烤馕机,确定了装置的工作方式。通过正交试验对该烤馕机的性能进行了检验,试验表明烘烤温度控制在220~230℃范围内,12min可烤出色泽合适,口感最佳的馕饼。该家用烤馕机结构合理、操作简单、方便移动,可以满足家用对烤馕的需求。
