本文对48例65眼拟植入A常数118.5人工晶体的白内障患者,采用《人工晶体屈光度换算表》查表法和美国Sonomed公司A-4000型超声测量仪计算机程序计算法,进行了人工晶体屈光度计算的对照研究。结果:查表法计算的人工晶体屈光度平均值为21.72±3.61D。计算机程序计算法计算的人工晶体屈光度平均为21.26±3.39D,两种方法计算结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。由于《人工晶体屈光度换算表》采用测量角膜直径换算角膜屈光度,人工晶体屈光度(P)值是根据SRKⅡ公式计算、全部数据经微机处理,因此在没有角膜计、没有计算机程序计算系统的条件下,用《人工晶体屈光度换算表》计算人工晶体屈光度是可行的。
