[目的]研究盐胁迫对不同萝卜品种种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响。[方法]通过对清水浸种和用对应的盐分溶液浸种方式的比较。[结果]得出清水浸种的方式能使高盐分胁迫下种子的发芽指标提高。在此基础上整个发芽期对萝卜进行不同浓度的盐分处理(0.2%~1.0%)以后,发现低盐分浓度(0.2%、0.4%)对萝卜种子生长的各个指标影响不大,甚至在0.2%盐分浓度下还能对萝卜发芽生长产生促进作用;但是高盐分对种子生长有严重抑制作用,而且随着盐分浓度增大,抑制作用增强。[结论]最后通过综合比较,得出6个品种耐盐强弱顺序为新夏圆白>W1029和夏圆白>南洋白荔枝和春一点红>四季红3号。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of different radish varieties. [Method] Through the soaking of fresh water and the corresponding salt solution soaking comparison. [Result] The results showed that the method of soaking seeds with clear water could increase the germination index of seeds under salt stress. On the basis of this, the low salt concentration (0.2%, 0.4%) had little effect on the indexes of radish seed growth after different concentrations of salt treatment (0.2% -1.0%) on radish in the whole germination period, even at 0.2% Salt concentration could also promote the germination and growth of radish; however, high salt had a severe inhibitory effect on seed growth, and with the increase of salt concentration, the inhibitory effect was enhanced. [Conclusion] At last, through comprehensive comparison, the order of salt tolerance of six cultivars was Xinxiaoyuanbai> W1029 and Xiayuanbai> Nanyang Bai litchi and Chunleihong> Sijihong 3.
