县工会的财务人员,在计算众多的基层工会上解经费效时,往往费时费力。笔者现介绍一种简易算法: 第一、基层工会向县工会解交工会经费通常的计算公式为: 年工资总额×2％×40％=应上解县工会的经费数。这个公式中,除了各单位的工资总额各不相同外,其余的比例都是一致的,因此简便算法,就是把相同的比例换算成一个百分比,然后以这个百分比直接去乘各个单位的工资总额,就能得出各个单位应上解的工会经费了。例如,某单位年工资总额500万元,按常规算法公式是:500万×2％×40％=应解经费
