目的建立青海省三江源地区布鲁杆菌菌种地理信息系统,了解布鲁杆菌病菌株与菌种的空间分布范围。方法布鲁杆菌菌株资料来源于青海省地方病预防控制所布鲁杆菌预防控制科,利用地理信息技术软件,建立青海省布鲁杆菌菌种数据地理信息系统库和系统查询功能。通过系统查询功能和图层集,检索布鲁杆菌病菌株和菌种的时间和空间分布情况。结果通过系统查询功能,可查询到菌株的时间分布。通过空间分布图层集,可查询到菌株的地区分布。结论建立了青海省三江源地区布鲁杆菌病菌株与菌种的地理信息系统,通过空间分布图层集可直观的看到布鲁杆菌病及菌株均分布在三江源地区16个县中的10个县。
Objective To establish Brucella sp. Geographical information system in Sanjiangyuan region of Qinghai Province to understand the spatial distribution of brucellosis strains and strains. Methods The strains of Brucella were sourced from Brucella bacteriostasis control department of endemic disease prevention and control in Qinghai Province. Geographic information technology software was used to establish the database of Brucella sp. Through the system inquiry function and the layer set, the time and space distribution of brucellosis strains and strains were searched. Results Through the system query function, the time distribution of the strains can be inquired. Through the spatial distribution layer set, you can check the geographical distribution of strains. Conclusion The geographic information system of brucellosis strains and strains in the Three River Source Region of Qinghai Province was established. Brucellosis and strains can be directly observed in 16 sets of counties in the Three River Source Region through the spatial distribution layer set Counties.
