采用氩弧焊焊接AZ91镁合金,焊后对焊接接头进行机械轧制。调节不同的轧制力度,对不同变形量下焊接接头的拉伸性能、硬度和显微组织进行分析,研究轧制对镁合金焊接接头的影响规律和作用机理。结果表明:机械轧制可以提高材料的力学性能,当变形量为12.16%时,焊接接头的力学性能最佳,此时的抗拉强度为272 MPa,断面收缩率为6.64%,硬度为83 HV,焊缝中的形变孪晶最多。
TIG welding AZ91 magnesium alloy, after welding the welded joints for mechanical rolling. Different rolling forces were adjusted and the tensile properties, hardness and microstructure of the welded joints under different deformations were analyzed. The influence rules and mechanism of rolling on the welded joints of magnesium alloy were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of the material can be improved by mechanical rolling. When the deformation amount is 12.16%, the mechanical properties of the welded joints are the best. The tensile strength is 272 MPa, the reduction of area is 6.64% and the hardness is 83 HV , The deformation in the weld twins up.
