目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)术对手背深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗效果。方法选择手背深Ⅱ度烧伤患者12例,简单清创后,负压封闭引流材料覆盖创面,半透性粘贴膜封闭创面,持续负压吸引,维持负压在100～200mmHg,5～7d后去除VSD材料,经常规换药,直至创面愈合。结果 12例患者创面愈合时间为18～24d,平均19.6d,创面无需植皮,愈合后疤痕形成少。随访6～12个月,手功能恢复良好。结论应用VSD术治疗手背深Ⅱ度烧伤可促进创面愈合,VSD是一种简单、有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of negative pressure closed drainage (VSD) on the deep second degree burn wound on the back of hand. Methods Twelve patients with deep second degree burn in the back of hand were selected. After simple debridement, the wounds were covered with negative pressure drainage material and the semipermeable membrane was used to close the wound. The negative pressure was maintained at 100-200mmHg and removed after 5-7 days VSD material, regular dressing, until the wound healing. Results The healing time of wounds in 12 patients was 18 ~ 24 days with an average of 19.6 days. There was no need for skin grafting in the wounds and less scar formation after healing. Follow-up 6 to 12 months, hand function recovered well. Conclusion The application of VSD in the treatment of deep second degree burns on the back of hand can promote wound healing. VSD is a simple and effective treatment.
