某水电机组在运行时,发现压力脉动、机组振动与噪声较往常明显增大,且随负荷的增加而增大,这将严重威胁机组的安全稳定运行。为此进行了变负荷试验,对变负荷数据进行分析,发现活动导叶过流不均是引起机组振动过大的原因,停机检查发现活动导叶处卡有异物,取出异物后,机组压力脉动与振动过大问题得到解决,为类似问题的处理提供了参考依据。
During the operation of a hydropower unit, it was found that the pressure pulsation and the vibration and noise of the unit increased obviously compared with usual and increased with the increase of load, which would seriously threaten the safe and stable operation of the unit.
