针对我国综采工作面的现状,提出了具有自组网功能的ZigBee无线传感网络技术的综采工作面环境参数检测系统。该系统能检测综采工作面上的风速、粉尘、瓦斯、一氧化碳、温度、氧气和二氧化碳等环境参数,并实现数据的采集、传送、记录、图形显示、报表输出及超限报警等功能,为井下和地面生产管理人员提供连续、实时的综采工作面的安全生产信息,以保障综采工作面的安全生产,避免安全事故的发生。
According to the status quo of the fully mechanized coal mining face in our country, a ZigBee wireless sensor network technology with self-organizing function is proposed to measure the environmental parameters of the fully mechanized mining face. The system can detect the environmental parameters such as wind speed, dust, gas, carbon monoxide, temperature, oxygen and carbon dioxide on the fully mechanized coal mining face and realize the functions of data collection, transmission, recording, graphic display, Underground and ground production managers to provide continuous, real-time full-mechanized mining face safety information to protect the safety of fully mechanized mining face to avoid accidents.
