支配着烧结过程温度状况的焦粉燃烧状态,不仅取决于燃料方面的条件,还取决于风量等气体条件。在本项研究中分析了作为烧结料层内焦粉燃烧条件的风量和点火器内氧浓度等的实际状态,探讨了“调整气体条件提高料层内体焦燃烧效率”的实际意义。结果表明:1)料层上层的焦炭燃烧状况与中层以下的焦炭燃烧状况不同,下层的焦粉燃烧速度对风量依赖性小,减小风量,上层的温度状况的改善效果很大;2)拦板附近和大裂缝处发现局部风量过剩,发生欠烧,造成料层内烧结状况混乱;3)点火器内存在缺氧状态等。本项研究结果促进了有关改进技术的实际应用。新日铁公司大分钢铁厂2号烧量结机以烧结机运行方向上的风量分布控制技术为中心。形成了烧结过程最佳风量全面控制系统(TACS),并已实际应用,效果很好。
The state of coke combustion, which governs the temperature conditions of the sintering process, depends not only on the fuel conditions but also on the gas conditions such as the air volume.
