目的:旨在了解云南省农村地区中小学教师工作压力的现状及其影响因素。方法:整群抽取云南省农村地区中小学教师1021人,采用中小学教师职业压力问卷进行施测。结论:云南省农村地区中小学教师所承受的压力水平强度为中等。造成中小学教师职业压力的压力源主要是工作负荷、职业期望和考试压力三个因素。某些人口学变量对农村教师职业压力的不同维度具有显著影响。
Objective: To understand the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers’ work pressure in rural areas of Yunnan Province and its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 1021 primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas of Yunnan Province were selected and surveyed by occupational stress questionnaire of primary and secondary school teachers. Conclusion: The stress level of elementary and middle school teachers in rural areas in Yunnan Province is moderate. The stressors that cause the occupational stress of primary and secondary school teachers are mainly three factors: workload, career expectations and test pressure. Some demographic variables have a significant impact on different dimensions of rural teacher occupational stress.
