按照中医“饥则损气”理论,通过控制动物饲料量造成“气虚证”动物模型。与正常组小鼠相比,气虚组小鼠体重、胸腺指数、脾指数、细胞免疫(DTH)和体液免疫(PFC、HA)反应均有明显降低。同时发现参芪注射液对正常动物及“气虚证”动物的体重及正常小鼠脾指数无明显影响,其它指标均有明显的升高。但正常动物不如虚证动物升高明显。以 SRBC4×10~9/只腹腔注射给正常供体小鼠进行超剂量免疫,能明显诱导 Ts 细胞产生,而参芪注射液能降低这种诱导的 Ts 细胞产生。本文论证了中医“气”与机体免疫反应的内在联系,证明了参芪注射液通过降低 Ts 细胞而起免疫促进作用。
According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory of “hungry depreciation,” the animal model of “qi-deficiency syndrome” is created by controlling the amount of animal feed. Compared with the normal mice, the body weight, thymus index, spleen index, cellular immunity (DTH) and humoral immunity (PFC, HA) were all significantly reduced in the mice with Qi deficiency. At the same time, it was found that Shenqi injection had no significant effect on the body weight of normal animals and “qi deficiency” animals and normal mouse spleen index, and other indicators were significantly higher. However, normal animals are not as elevated as the deficient animals. The overdose immunization with SRBC4×10-9 per mouse intraperitoneal injection to normal donors can obviously induce the production of Ts cells, and Shenqi injection can reduce the induced Ts cell production. This article demonstrates the internal link between Chinese medicine “Qi” and the body’s immune response, and proves that Shenqi Injection plays an important role in promoting immunity by reducing Ts cells.
