1996年之前,每到冬季,为某家属楼供电的低压线路频繁烧断,有些年份二三个月内就会烧断四五次.原以为冬季负荷增大,线路烧断系必然.1996年11月5日再次烧断后,我去处理,见是25mm~2的铝芯绝缘线,原来的接法是将两段去掉绝缘层的圆柱形线芯相对叠压,外面用铝线密缠扎紧.我决定采用正规接法,先处理好基底,将连接段线芯一根一根松散开,用砂布把线芯逐根打磨光洁,之后相向交叉叠压,把连接段用钳子捏紧压实,再用铝线密缠扎紧,连接好后外面密缠一层塑料带,再密缠一层黑胶布,以密封绝缘,整个过程一丝不苟.如此处理后使用至今历经数年未再烧断.
