用于生产8.8级高强度螺栓的35钢线材,在退火后因脱碳层超标而影响螺栓质量的问题,这在我国标准件行业有一定的普遍性。目前大多是用更新设备、改进工艺的办法来解决。如以N_2+甲醇裂解制备保护气氛,采用密封性良好、控制精度高的一炉多胆井式炉或钟罩式退火炉等。我们根据本厂的具体情况,科用现有的120kW中温井式电炉,采用三乙醇胺直接滴注进行保护气氛退火,提高了35钢线材退火质量,同时充分利用了原有设备,缓解了前、后工序脱节的矛盾,取得了明显的经济效益。
For the production of 8.8 high-strength bolts of 35 steel wire, after decarburization in the annealing exceeded the quality of bolts affect the problem, which in our standard parts industry has a certain degree of universality. At present, most of them are solved by updating equipment and improving technology. According to the specific conditions of our factory, we use the existing 120kW medium-temperature electric furnace and use triethanolamine to directly carry out the protective atmosphere annealing to improve the annealing quality of 35 steel wire rod. At the same time, we make full use of the original equipment, After the conflict between the process out of step, and achieved significant economic benefits.
