目前,国内所采用的轴尖材料均系钴钨合金和3J23(即 K40)合金两种。钴钨合金硬度高、耐磨,但抗氧化耐蚀性能差,且有磁性;3J23合金无磁、耐腐蚀、光洁度较高,但硬度偏低、耐磨性差、不抗冲击。因此,尽快地研制一种能广泛使用于航空、航海及一般电测与计时仪表的,硬度高、耐磨、抗冲击,而且无磁、耐腐蚀、抗氧化的新型轴尖材料,便成为当前提高轴尖质量急待解决
