日本植物生理学会(The Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists,简称JSPP)成立于1959年4月。其宗旨是促进和发展植物生理学基础理论及其应用,同时深入开展学术交流。JSPP现拥有2574名会员,其中包括名誉会员、一般会员、团体会员及赞助会员。学会章程规定“凡赞同本会宗旨的个人、团体和机关不论其国籍均可入会。”所谓团体会员就是订阅JSPP发行的学术杂志:Plant and Cell Physiology(简称PCP)的团体和机关。赞助会员是赞成该会宗旨并资助该会活动的团体和机
The Japanese Society of Plant Physiologists (JSPP) was established in April 1959. Its purpose is to promote and develop the basic theory of plant physiology and its application, while deepening academic exchanges. JSPP now has 2574 members, including honorary members, At-Large members, group members and sponsored members. The statutes stipulate that “individuals, groups and agencies who agree with the purposes of this Council may join regardless of their nationality.” The so-called group members subscribe to the groups and agencies subscribing to the JSPP’s academic journal Plant and Cell Physiology (PCP). Sponsorship members are organizations and machines that are in favor of and support the activities of the Association
