目的了解肿瘤科临床护士对于肿瘤科高级实践护士角色职能的认同程度及对自身能力的评价,为国内设置肿瘤科高级实践护士的必要性、应承担角色的职能以及培养对象的选拔条件提供依据。方法应用肿瘤科高级实践护士认知状况调查与能力评价表对北京市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院的111名护士进行调查。结果肿瘤科临床护士认同肿瘤科高级实践护士的临床实践者、教育咨询者、协调者、管理者、研究者5个角色职能,但认为自身的协调能力、临床实践相关能力、教育咨询相关能力、管理能力、科研能力和伦理决策能力与成为肿瘤科高级实践护士尚有距离。结论尽管肿瘤科临床护士对肿瘤科高级实践护士的角色职能较为认同,但是其对相应的自身能力评价不高,还需要进一步培养和锻炼。
Objective To understand the degree of recognition of oncology clinical nurses for the role of senior oncology nurses and their evaluation of their own abilities, and provide the basis for the establishment of oncology senior practice nurses in China, the role they should undertake and the selection criteria of nurturing subjects. Methods A total of 111 nurses from a tertiary level oncology hospital in Beijing were surveyed by using the survey of cognitive status and ability assessment of senior oncology nurses in the department of oncology. Results Oncology clinical nurses recognized the five roles of clinical practitioners, education consultants, coordinators, managers and researchers in oncology senior practice nurses. However, they considered their own coordination skills, clinical practice-related abilities, education counseling-related abilities, Managerial, research and ethical decision-making skills are far from becoming senior practice nurses in oncology. Conclusion Although oncology clinical nurses are more agreeable to the role and function of senior oncology nurses in oncology, their evaluation of their own abilities is not high, and further training and exercise are needed.
