采用三氧化二铬外标法测定了鲂对14种常用商品饲料的表观消化率。在蛋白饲料中,家禽下脚料干物质的消化率最高(885%),其次是花生饼、鱼粉、发酵血粉和豆粕,干物质的消化率分别为848%、799%、735%和665%。虾头粉和菜籽饼干物质的消化率较低,分别为599%和484%。这些饲料的蛋白质消化率无显著差异(P>005)。在能量饲料中,土豆和小麦的干物质消化率较高,分别为797%和762%,其次是玉米、碎米和高梁。粟谷和甜菜渣的干物质消化率显著低于其他饲料(P<005)。这些能量饲料的蛋白质和碳水化合物均能很好地被消化吸收。土豆、玉米、碎米和高梁的能量消化率高于粟谷和甜菜渣。由此可认为,鱼粉、家禽下脚料、花生饼、豆粕、小麦、土豆是鲂的优良饲料。也是制作鲂配合饲料的良好原料
The apparent digestibility of fourteen commonly used commercial feeds was determined by chromium oxide external standard method. In the protein feed, the digestibility of dry matter of poultry was the highest (885%), followed by that of peanut cake, fish meal, fermented blood meal and soybean meal. The digestibilities of dry matter were 848% and 799% 73 5% and 66 5%. The digestibility of shrimp meal and rapeseed crackers was low, 599% and 484% respectively. There was no significant difference in protein digestibility between these feeds (P> 005). Among energy feeds, potato and wheat had higher dry matter digestibilities of 79.7% and 76.2% respectively, followed by corn, broken rice and sorghum. The dry matter digestibilities of millet and beet pulp were significantly lower than those of other feeds (P <005). The energy feed protein and carbohydrates are well digested and absorbed. The energy digestibility of potatoes, corn, broken rice and sorghum is higher than millet and beet pulp. It can be considered, fish meal, poultry waste, peanut cake, soybean meal, wheat, potatoes are excellent feed 鲂. It is also a good raw material for making 鲂 compound feed
