针对航空发动机涡轮转子叶片温场测试的需求,文章设计研究了一套扫描式多光谱光纤测温装置光学系统,并对其性能进行试验验证。试验结果表明,该系统的光学视场直径为2 mm,光学扫描组件的最大重复定位误差不超过0.2 mm。
Aiming at the requirement of aero-engine turbine rotor blade temperature field test, a set of optical system of scanning multi-fiber optical fiber temperature measurement device is designed and tested, and its performance is verified by experiments. Experimental results show that the optical field of view of this system is 2 mm in diameter and the maximum repetitive positioning error of the optical scanning unit does not exceed 0.2 mm.
