依据紫丁香树皮中对羟基苯乙醇和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇存在方式的不同,采用稀酸-乙醇、稀碱-乙醇和乙醇三种提取方法,研究了春季和夏季采集的紫丁香树皮中对羟基苯乙醇(1)和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(Ⅱ)的含量。结果表明春季采集的紫丁香树皮中对羟基苯乙醇和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇的含量较高,采用稀酸-乙醇提取法获得对羟基苯乙醇和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇的量最多。对羟基苯乙醇和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇的提取率分别为干燥树皮质量的0.50%和0.15%。
