本文对涂料的流变学行为、表面张力及流平性等进行了实验研究,用自己的方法测定了涂料的屈服值τ_ο和流平性。实验结果表明:涂料的流平性可用流平时间t来度量;流平性好的涂料应是带屈服值的假塑性流体,应属于触变体系。涂料的表面张力σ能促进涂层流平;t与τ_o/σ具有线性关系。通过控制流变学行为与表面张力,改善了涂料的流平性;降低了涂层袭面的粗糙度,从而较大幅度地降低了铝铸件表面的粗糙度,提高了铸件表面质量。
In this paper, the rheological behavior of coatings, surface tension and leveling were studied experimentally, with their own method to determine the coating yield value τ_ο and leveling. The experimental results show that the leveling of coating can be measured by the leveling time t. The leveling coating should be a pseudoplastic fluid with yield value and should belong to the thixotropic system. Coating surface tension σ can promote the coating leveling; t and τ_o / σ has a linear relationship. By controlling the rheological behavior and surface tension, the leveling of the coating is improved; the roughness of the coating surface is reduced, the roughness of the aluminum casting surface is greatly reduced, and the surface quality of the casting is improved.
