急性腦外傷常蹈致致命之腦水腫,低温被認爲是減低正常腦體積,避免由於大血管永久性阻斷而致之梗死。 作者以下列方法進行實驗: 1、40隻未經選擇的狗,一部分在常温下進行,而一部分則在低温下進行(25℃)以下。 2、各種物常规使用長效Benzathin Penicillin 60万H,Diphenyl Hydantoin sod.0.4克每天。 3、以Pentobarbital sod。30 mg./kg作麻醉,直接插管接自動呼吸器保持潮气交换量200-400ml,體温計插入管道200m.m.。 4、外傷按Clasen氏法演變,應用液態空气-196℃,8分鍾。
