创先争优与党的使命联系在一起,与中国特色社会主义发展紧密相联,是中国特色社会主义发展的客观要求,也是推进中国特色社会主义发展的必要条件。创先争优必须从中国特色社会主义发展实践出发,着眼于解决面临的矛盾和问题,推动我国经济社会科学发展、和谐发展。
Creating an airs-precedent, linked to the party’s mission and being closely linked to the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, is an objective requirement for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a necessary condition for promoting the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Creating a win-win situation must proceed from the practice of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, with a view to resolving the contradictions and problems it faces and to promote the harmonious development of China’s economic and social sciences.
