多环芳烃化合物(PAHs)是一类分布广泛的环境污染物。不少研究证明,这类化合物的主要最终致癌物是苯-环二醇环氧化物。迄今已发现不少不同来源的天然化合物有阻断PAHs形成最终致癌物的作用。本文报道天然植物酚类物质的抗致癌作用。本研究所用的酚类化合物有阿魏酸、绿原酸和鞣花酸。所用动物为A/J小鼠。实验分组及结果小结于附表:
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are a group of widely distributed environmental pollutants. Numerous studies have shown that the major ultimate carcinogen of this class of compounds is the benzene-ring diol epoxide. To date, many natural compounds from different sources have been found to block the formation of the ultimate carcinogen by PAHs. This article reports the anti-carcinogenic effects of natural plant phenolic compounds. Phenolic compounds used in this study are ferulic acid, chlorogenic acid and ellagic acid.
