研究了Nb、Mo、V三种元素的不同含量对Ti_3Al合金700℃、空气气氛下抗氧化规律的影响。通过实验发现Ti_3Al基合金在700℃空气中会迅速氧化,表层的氧化物缺乏保护性,基体表面约20μm厚受到氧的污染。Nb的过量加入(>11at-%)将导致抗氧化性能降低;Mo与V的加入会使Ti-Al-Nb系Ti_3Al基合金的抗氧化性能明显降低。
The effects of different contents of Nb, Mo and V on the oxidation resistance of Ti_3Al alloy at 700 ℃ and air atmosphere were studied. It was found by experiment that the Ti 3 Al-based alloy rapidly oxidized in the air at 700 ° C, the surface oxide was lack of protection and the surface of the substrate was polluted by oxygen at a thickness of about 20 μm. The excessive addition of Nb (> 11at-%) will lead to reduced oxidation resistance; the addition of Mo and V will Ti-Al-Nb Ti-3Al-based alloys significantly reduce the oxidation resistance.
