社会服务工作是高职教师重要的职责。提高高职教师的社会服务能力是推进高等职业教育发展、提高教学质量、建设“双师型”教师队伍和提升教师自身水平的需要。尽管高职教师的社会服务工作取得了一些成绩,但仍需要各级主管部门高度重视、制定评价指标体系和鼓励保障措施、提高高职教师社会服务能力。 Social service work is an important duty of vocational teachers. Improving the social service ability of higher vocational teachers is the need to promote the development of higher vocational education, improve the quality of teaching, build up a contingent of double-qualified teachers and enhance their own level. Although higher vocational teachers have made some achievements in their social service work, they still need to attach great importance to the competent departments at all levels, formulate evaluation index system and encourage safeguards to improve the social service ability of higher vocational teachers.
