随着柴油机强化程度不断提高对燃烧室镶块材料的要求日趋苛刻。国外多采用镍基高温合金Nimocast 80或含Co、Cr、Ni很高的N-155合金。我国一般采用价格便宜的2Cr13或4Cr9Si2马氐体耐热钢。但易出现热裂、热蚀、松动、掉块等现象、不能满足使用性能要求。上海钢铁研究所近年来研究出价格便宜、使用性能理想的柴油机铁基镶块材料——65合金,先后通过上海工农动力机厂6105Q机1000小时强化试验,5万公里跑车行驶试验;常州柴油机厂S1100机1000小时强化试验和如皋动力机厂1100机2000小时强
As the degree of diesel engine intensification continues to increase, the requirements for combustion chamber insert materials are becoming increasingly demanding.
