目的研究岗位竞聘护士的竞争态度、自尊水平与心理健康的关系,为促进护士身心健康及良性竞争提供依据。方法采用自尊量表、竞争态度量表、症状自评量表对296名在岗注册护士进行横断面调查。结果自尊量表平均分为(27.48±6.65)分,竞争态度量表平均分为(46.63±9.89)分,不同自尊、竞争态度组别的SCL-90的评分差异有统计学意义,良性竞争与SCL-90各因子评分呈负相关(r=-0.121~-0.224),自尊与SCL-90各因子均呈负相关(r=-0.136~-0.236)。结论竞争态度、自尊影响心理健康水平,提高竞聘护士的自尊,有助于促进良性竞争态度的形成,有利于心理健康。
Objective To study the competition attitude, the level of self-esteem and the mental health of competing nurses in posts and provide the basis for promoting nurses’ physical and mental health and healthy competition. Methods The self-esteem scale, competitive attitude scale and symptom checklist were used to conduct cross-sectional survey on 296 registered nurses. Results The self-esteem scale averaged (27.48 ± 6.65) points and the competition attitude scale averaged (46.63 ± 9.89) points. There was significant difference in SCL-90 score between different self-esteem and competitive attitude groups, SCL-90 scores were negatively correlated (r = -0.121 ~ -0.224), and self-esteem was negatively correlated with SCL-90 (r = -0.136 ~ -0.236). Conclusion Competitive attitudes, self-esteem affect mental health level and improve the self-esteem of competing nurses, which helps to promote the formation of healthy competition and is conducive to mental health.
