针对重轨打印机对打印机构的高响应、高精度性能要求的特点,对其采用的液压数字伺服系统进行分析。重点研究了打印液压缸的硬件构成、通讯设置及其定位闭环控制和压力闭环控制的结构原理,分析了打印液压缸的自动控制流程图,并对其控制程序的实现过程进行了探讨。生产使用结果表明,液压数字伺服控制充分满足了重轨打印机的高性能要求。
Aiming at the high response and high precision performance requirements of the heavy rail printer to the printing mechanism, the hydraulic digital servo system adopted by the heavy rail printer is analyzed. The paper mainly focuses on the hardware structure of print cylinder, the communication setting and the principle of its closed loop control and pressure closed loop control. The flow chart of automatic control of print cylinder is analyzed and the realization process of its control program is also discussed. Production results show that hydraulic digital servo control to fully meet the heavy rail printer’s high performance requirements.
