目的研究依那普利对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法应用依那普利(10mg·kg(-1)/d)对糖尿病大鼠进行了10周治疗,观察了其对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。结果对照组糖尿病大鼠肾小球滤过率(GFR)、肾血流量(RPF)、滤过分数(FF)及尿白蛋白(UA)均较正常对照组明显升高,肾小球基底膜不规则增厚、突触融合。依那普利治疗后糖尿病大鼠GFR、RPF、FF及UA均较糖尿病对照组明显降低,病理学异常不明显。血糖、糖化血红蛋白软糖尿病对照组无显著性差异。结论早期应用依那普利能改善糖尿病大鼠肾脏的血流动力学异常,减少尿蛋白排泄,防止或延缓糖尿病肾脏的病理学进展。
Objective To study the protective effects of enalapril on the kidney of diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rats were treated with enalapril (10 mg · kg -1) daily for 10 weeks and their protective effects on the kidney of diabetic rats were observed. Results The glomerular filtration rate (GFR), renal blood flow (RPF), filtration fraction (FF) and urinary albumin (UA) in control group were significantly higher than those in normal control group, while glomerular basement membrane Irregular thickening, synaptic integration. After enalapril treatment, GFR, RPF, FF and UA in diabetic rats were significantly lower than those in diabetic controls, and pathological abnormalities were not obvious. Blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetic control group no significant difference. Conclusion Early use of enalapril can improve renal hemodynamics in diabetic rats, reduce urinary protein excretion, and prevent or delay the pathological progress of diabetic nephropathy.
