目前,定形组合钢模板已普遍应用。这种钢模板配套性能虽然良好,仍不能解决除直角外的任意角的支模问题。工程上任意角的数量虽比直角少,但还是会经常遇到的。因此,如能制成一种精确好用的异形角模,对解决任意角的支模问题,确是很有实际意义的。用两根(?) 50×3角钢焊在一起,可以制成一种能与定形组合钢模板配套的异形角模。现以一个正六边形的混凝土坑槽为例,见图1,需制作安装120度角的阴、阳角模。阴、阳角模的横断面形状见图2、3,其安装方法见图4。
At present, the shaped steel template has been widely used. Although the matching performance of the steel formwork is good, it still cannot solve the problem of supporting the corners of any corner except the right angle. Although the number of arbitrary angles in the project is less than the right angle, it will still be encountered frequently. Therefore, if it can be made into a precise and easy-to-use special-shaped corner die, it is of great practical significance to solve the problem of supporting the die at any angle. With two (?) 50 x 3 angles welded together, a special corner die can be made that can be matched with the shaped combination steel formwork. Now take a regular hexagonal concrete pit as an example. See Figure 1 and you need to make the corner angles of the corners of Yin and Yang. The cross-sectional shapes of the yin and yang corner molds are shown in Figures 2 and 3, and the installation method is shown in Figure 4.
