Abra-
Chronic CS2 poisoning is undoubtedly a systemic injury, even when seen only in the central or peripheral nervous system. The various theories that explain the most important role CS_2 plays on the body suggest that there is more than one mechanism of engagement. The doctrine now supported by the vast majority of scholars is that vitamin B_6 (V_ (B6)) deficiency, the inhibition of the activity of certain important enzymes such as monoamine oxidase, and the interaction of dithiocarbamates with metals. It is also used in the treatment and prevention of GS 2 poisoning when the vitamin B complex is widely used in the treatment of various neurological disorders. A trial to determine V_ (B6) deficiency has been developed in neurological research. Abra-
