《中华人民共和国药品管理法》已经第六届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第七次会议通过,并由李先念主席颁布,将于1985年7月1日起施行。《药品管理法》是我国历史上第一部具有法律性质的药品管理法规,是国家把有关药品监督的方针政策和原则,用法律的形式固定下来,以保证药品质量,增进药品疗效,保障人民用药安全,维护群众身体健康。《药品管理法》的颁布,体现了党和政府对人民健康的重视和关怀,也标志着我国药政管理工作已进入法制化的新阶段,它对卫生医药工作的建设将要产生重要而深远的影响。《药品管理法》分十一章共六十条。其基本精神是国家对药品实行严格的监督制度,授权国务院卫生行政部门主管全国药品监督管理工作,授权县以上各级卫生行政部门行使药品监督职权,县以上卫生行政部门可设置药政机构和药品检验机构,设药品监督员负责此项工作。对于药品生产、经营、使用、进口、广告等的管理
