1.PWHT的课题 PWHT在广义上包括消除应力正火以及完全退火、固熔化热处理、淬火回火、回火等热处理。一般说来,做为代替过去的称之为消除应力退火的SR的这个名词,其含义是:将焊接结构以及焊接区,在所使用的金属材料的相变点以下的温度中,保持均匀加热,从而改善焊接区的性能,消除焊接残余应力等有害影响,随后再保持均匀冷却的热处理方法。为此,在ASME标准中规定,
