不同的社区矫正对象,特别是未成年社区矫正对象,有不同的家庭背景和成长经历,从而形成不同的心理特征。针对情况不同的社区矫正对象,有的放矢的进行心理矫正,是一个较好的矫正方法。本案中,社区矫正工作者运用心理学、社会学知识对社区矫正对象进行矫正,如运用心理学的“自尊量表”进行自尊测量;运用心理学的“阳性强化法”对正确的行为进行及时奖励,对坏的行为予以漠视和淡化,促进正确的行为更多出现;运用心理学和社会学都关注的概念“重要他人”去影响个体社会化和心理形成,不仅丰富了社区矫正工作的知识和方法,还增强了社区矫正工作的科学性。本文运用典型的矫正案例,生动地讲述了心理学在矫正工作中的运用,值得借鉴。
