为了探讨集料对混凝土边界效应的影响机理,利用计算机模拟技术,分析不同形状和尺寸的单尺度椭圆形集料随机堆积对混凝土边界效应的影响。结果显示:椭圆形集料的形状和尺寸的变化不影响集料固相体积分数曲线的形状,均可以分为先上升、后下降、再上升、最后趋于稳定的曲线,趋于稳定时的集料固相体积分数约等于集料的面积分数。通过统计和分析得出结论:当椭圆形集料形状因子的长径比增大时,集料固相体积分数的最高峰值和边界效应层厚度减小,然而最高峰值对应的距离变化不显著;当椭圆形集料的尺寸表征参数长轴和等效直径增大时,集料固相体积分数的最高峰值基本保持恒定,但是最高峰值对应的距离和边界效应层厚度随长轴和等效直径的增大呈线性增长。
In order to investigate the mechanism of aggregates on the boundary effect of concrete, computer simulation technique was used to analyze the influence of random stacking of single-scale elliptical aggregates with different shapes and sizes on the boundary effect of concrete. When the major axis and the equivalent diameter of the elliptical aggregates increase, the maximum peak value of the solid volume fraction of the aggregates remains almost constant, but the distance corresponding to the highest peak and the thickness of the boundary effect layer vary with the major axis and the equivalent diameter Increase linearly.
