指出了工业检测中常规电阻测量方法所存在的精度差、成本高等问题,提出了以四端电阻原理和微机软件校正技术为基础的测量方法.文中介绍了该方法所使用的测量电路图及其工作原理,分析了软件校正原理并推导了校正公式,对测量误差作了理论分析,证明了在工业现场条件下获得低成本、高精度测量的可行性,最后给出了一个经实践验证的实际温度控制系统的测试数据.该方法适用于微机巡回检测和控制系统.
The problem of poor precision and high cost of conventional resistance measurement methods in industrial inspection is pointed out. A measurement method based on four-terminal resistance principle and computer software calibration technique is proposed. In this paper, the measurement circuit diagram and its working principle used in this method are introduced. The principle of software calibration is analyzed and the correction formula is deduced. The theoretical analysis of measurement error is made. It is proved that low cost and high precision measurement are feasible under the condition of industrial field Finally, a test data of a practical temperature control system has been given. The method is suitable for computer tour inspection and control system.
