工厂将天然淀粉液喷淋到成形的湿纸幅上以改善多层纸板的层间结合强度。文中研究了回收针叶木硫酸盐浆手抄片湿纸幅干度、淀粉液喷淋量及干燥温度对双层纸板层间结合强度的影响。淀粉喷淋到湿纸幅上可以大幅度提高湿纸板的层间结合强度。湿纸幅干度在10%~11%左右时,强度达到最大。针对高温快速干燥影响淀粉的胶凝化作用,降低纸板的层间结合强度,提出了一种高干燥速率下提高纸板层间结合强度的方法,实现淀粉逐步胶凝化,大大提高纸板层间结合强度。
The factory sprayed natural starch fluid onto the formed wet paper web to improve the interlayer bond strength of the multi-layer board. In this paper, the paper studied the effect of the recovery of the wet strength of softwood web of softwood kraft pulp, the amount of sprayed starch and the drying temperature on the bonding strength between two layers of paperboard. Spraying starch onto wet paper webs can greatly enhance the bonding strength of the wet paperboard. Wet paper web dryness at 10% ~ 11% or so, the intensity reached its maximum. Aiming at the effect of rapid drying at high temperature affecting the gelation of starch and reducing the interlayer bonding strength of the paperboard, a method of improving the bonding strength between paperboard layers at high drying rate is proposed, which gradually gelatinizes the starch, strength.
