采用高温 X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)对碳化 La2 O3- Mo阴极材料表面 La的价态进行了研究。结果表明 ,材料中的 La2 O3可以被 Mo2 C还原成单质 La。单质 La的结合能高于 La2 O3的结合能。从实验上证实单质 La3d5/2的结合能为 835.96e V,并首次给出单质 La3d3/2结合能实验数值为 852 .2 3e V。
The valence states of La on the surface of carbonized La 2 O 3 -Mo cathode materials were investigated by high temperature X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that La2O3 can be reduced to Mo by elemental La. The binding energy of elemental La is higher than the binding energy of La2O3. It was experimentally confirmed that the binding energy of elemental La3d5 / 2 is 835.96eV, and the experimental value of the unit energy of La3d3 / 2 is 852.23eV for the first time.
