In recent years, China has attached great importance to its cultural exchanges with other countries and relevant departments and regions have conducted a great deal of fruitful work. Among them, the “Happy Spring Festival” of the Ministry of Culture has become a major brand activity for cultural exchanges with other countries. Since October 2013, the Foreign Liaison Bureau of the Ministry of Culture and Peking University School of Journalism and Communication conducted a scientific assessment of Happy Chinese New Year.
