[目的]了解城市轨道交通企业调度员职业紧张对其职业生命质量的影响。[方法]采用职业紧张量表(occupational stress inventory revised edition,OSI-R)和职业生命质量量表(quality of work life 7-32,QWL7-32)对65名某城市轨道交通企业调度员进行问卷调查。[结果]观察组个体紧张反应问卷(personal strain questionnaire,PSQ)得分(98.16±19.81)分,高于对照组的(89.63±19.47)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组中个体紧张反应得分与个体应对资源得分呈负相关,同职业任务得分呈正相关(r=-0.645、0.711,P<0.01);职业生命质量量表得分与与个体应对资源得分呈正相关,与职业任务得分、个体紧张反应得分呈负相关(r=0.411、-0.357、-0.651,P<0.01或0.05);观察组职业生命质量问卷得分随着紧张程度增加而下降(P<0.01)。[结论]城市轨道交通企业调度员工作任务和压力大,导致职业紧张程度持续增加,职业生命质量降低。应加强社会支持的干预,保持调度员的职业身心健康。
[Objective] To understand the influence of occupational stress on the occupational life quality of dispatchers in urban rail transit enterprises. [Methods] 65 occupant stress inventory revised edition (OSI-R) and occupational quality of life life 7-32 (QWL7-32) questionnaire survey. [Results] The PSQ score of the observation group (98.16 ± 19.81) was higher than that of the control group (89.63 ± 19.47) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). In the observation group The score of individual stress response was negatively correlated with individual resource score, and positively correlated with the occupational task score (r = -0.645,0.711, P <0.01). The score of occupational quality of life scale was positively correlated with individual resource score, Score, individual stress response score was negatively correlated (r = 0.411, -0.357, -0.651, P <0.01 or 0.05). The score of occupational quality of life questionnaire in the observation group decreased as the degree of stress decreased (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The dispatchers of urban rail transit enterprises have great tasks and pressures, resulting in the continuous increase of occupational stress and the decrease of the quality of occupational life. Social intervention should be stepped up to maintain the professional physical and mental health of dispatchers.
