本文研究了减水型粉煤灰(JFA)在混凝土中的作用,认为JFA的减水作用对混凝土的早期强度有较大的影响,而其火山灰活性则对混凝土具有明显的后期增强效果。试验结果表明,采用525普通硅酸盐水泥、合理掺加JFA和高效减水剂可以配制出80MPa以上的塑性高强混凝土和70MPa以上的大流动性高强混凝土(HSC)。通过复合接加缓凝剂和保水剂,可以有效地减小大流动性HSC的坍落度经时损失,文中讨论了大流动性高强混凝土坍落度损失的控制机理。
In this paper, the role of water-reduced fly ash (JFA) in concrete is studied. It is believed that the water-reducing effect of JFA has a greater impact on the early strength of concrete, and its pozzolanic activity has a significant post-reinforcing effect on concrete. The test results show that plastic high-strength concrete with 80 MPa or more and high-strength concrete with high flow (HSC) above 70 MPa can be prepared by using 525 ordinary portland cement, reasonably adding JFA and superplasticizer. Through the combination of retarder and water-retaining agent, the slump loss of high flow HSC can be effectively reduced. This paper discusses the control mechanism of slump loss of high-fluid high-strength concrete.
