目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)同时快速测定饮用纯净水中Tl、Ba、Sb、Sn、Cd、Se、Cu、Ni、Co、Mn、V、Ti、Cr、Mo、B、Al、Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca、As、Sr、Hg、Pb等24种金属元素含量的分析方法。方法饮用纯净水样品经硝酸酸化后直接进样,使用ICP-MS测定,并对方法的线性范围、检出限、精密度和回收率等进行考察。结果 24种元素的相关系数均大于0.999,线性良好,方法检出限为0.003~0.8μg/L,定量限为0.01~3μg/L。各元素加标回收率在87.0%~117.0%之间,测定结果相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)在0.090%~5.527%之间。结论该检测方法简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高,适用于饮用纯净水中多种金属元素的测定。
Objective To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) system for rapid determination of Tl, Ba, Sb, Sn, Cd, Se, Cu, Ni, Co, Mn, V, Ti and Cr in drinking purified water , Mo, B, Al, Zn, Fe, Mg, Ca, As, Sr, Hg, Pb and other 24 kinds of metal elements. Methods Drinking purified water sample was acidified by nitric acid and injected directly. The linear range, detection limit, precision and recovery of the method were investigated by ICP-MS. Results The correlation coefficients of 24 elements were all above 0.999 with a good linearity. The detection limits were 0.003-0.8 μg / L and the limits of quantification were 0.01-3 μg / L. The spiked recoveries of all the elements ranged from 87.0% to 117.0%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 0.090% and 5.527%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It is suitable for the determination of various metal elements in purified drinking water.
