湖北汽车电器厂是全国生产汽车电器的重点企业,1993年各项经济技术综合指标第四次名列全国同行业榜首,跨入全国最大交通运输设备制造业企业500家行列;1994年在市场疲软、资金短缺的情况下,产值、销售仍实现双过亿,分别比上年增长7.2%和10.1%。电器厂之所以能在强手如林的汽车电器市场竞争中迅速崛起,发展壮大,成为佼佼者,人这个在生产力中最活跃的因素起着决定作用,是电器人群策群力团结奋斗的结果,也是电器人实施“以人为本”管理的实际效应。我把它总结为“动”“力”效应。目标启动增强凝聚力一个成功的企业,应该是一个凝聚力很强的企业。企业凝聚力从何而来?首先必须要有明确的发展方向和目标。我厂经过“六·五”技术改造,就把“‘七·五’争一流,‘八·五’创一流,‘九·五’超一流”作为中长期目标的总
